Precision Manufacturing

Oden is made from high quality stainless steel and is manufactured using precision casting. All exterior surfaces have a precise and consistent machine finish, while the inside still has the beautiful natural finish that only high quality castings can provide.

System Specifications

Sealed 3” industrial bearings makes Oden ideal for outdoor use. The stainless steel track design makes it very easy to install, and allows door panels weighing up to 200 lbs to be used. The system comes complete with bracket kits, track, and all necessary mounting hardware.

What’s Included
The standard conditions for use are on door panels weighing up to 200 lbs, and up to 3” thick. The track mounting screws are to be properly engaged in at least 3” of structural material if the door panel exceeds 100 lbs in weight.

Oden has bearings that are sealed, making it highly suitable for outdoor and dusty environments.		 Oden is made from high grade stainless steel, and resists rust and corrosion even in humid or coastal environments.

The product does not require any regular maintenance. To clean product any time after install, use a humid lint free rag or sponge. DO NOT use steel wool, or a Scotch Brite pad, as it can scratch the product. 		2 x Oden bracket kits complete with bearing assemblies and all necessary door mounting hardware.

Oden Custom Specifics
Made for door panels 36” or less*(1).

Works best with door openings 32” wide or less*(2).

Overall track length is 70”. Spacing between attachment points is 60”.

Overall door travel is 34” following installation instructions. 		Made for 42” to 48” door panels*(1).

Works best with door openings 44” wide or less*(2).

Overall track length is 94”. Spacing between attachment points is 80”.

Overall door travel is 46” following installation instructions.		 The Oden track can be custom cut to fit your specific application. Length of tracks that can be accomodated depends on door panel weight.

Custom bracket attachments can be fabricated upon request.

*(1) For narrower doors, our included Optional Bearing Stop can be used to redeuce door travel if desired.

*(2) We recommend that door panels are at least 2” - 4” wider than the door opening.
